Wayne Elderton is acknowledged as one of Canada’s top development coaches and coaching educators. He is one of the highest-certified coaches in the country, with Coach 4, Club Professional 3, and Master Course Facilitator designations, as well as PTR International Master Professional. Wayne has significantly impacted coaching in Canada through the creation of many coaching curricula and resources for juniors and adults. Canada’s Tennis Professionals Association has awarded Wayne Tennis Professional of the Year and Course Facilitator of the year. He is a national expert on the Game-Based Approach and other advanced coaching methodologies.
He is currently the director of the North Vancouver Tennis Centre in British Columbia.
